I received this today.
I am resurrected like Jesus, ordinarily, I HAVE DIED. 
However, what is the newest because i have not been to work since that day I wrote to you, the accident later reacted badly on my body and hanged my chest, it's very easy for me to breath in but not easy to breath down, and this has been a severely torture to my body.

IANAD but death does seem to have a bad effect on the body. I recommend he breathe in and out instead of in and down, not sure what it means to "breath down" though...
