I've had a few like this, they just don't understand what to do. If you "help" them through the first bit, you might get some decent figures out of them. Point out that there are co-ordinates in the top left corner, often they miss them... they never read the instructions. Rolling Eyes

It's a good idea to get them to click Contact us on the site, then you can pose as a Rep giving them instructions. Wink
