In short they are not asking to receive it and do not know it's coming so what are they going to do with it?-Chase leads that result in a scammer in a cafe with 50 other scammers using a fake name with a fake email addy a disposable phone number and paid for the shipping with stolen credit card details. Oh and whilst scammers admitedly aren't the sharpest pencils in the box, i've yet to come across one that would send a fake check to F8I Headquarters, Washington DC, USA. Finally if they could find the real person behind all the BS it's past their jurisdiction, if they could do something they would and we wouldn't be here having this conversation, we'd all be playing WoW or something.
