as said above and a bit of info about mail fraud in the US;

mail fraud is;

FYI, if you are turned in to the US postal service, they are required by law to investigate ALL complaints.

you are advertising something other than a rock or empty box, sending anything other than what you are advertising through the US postal service IS mail fraud. will you be convicted? probably not.

please think about it for a moment, you're not taking the scammers money, odds are it wasn't his to begin with. you're probably taking money from an innocent victim somewhere in the world.

i remember years ago, there was a guy advertising a product that he guaranteed you could hang anything anywhere while hunting, camping, around the home, etc.

he charged $10 for his product and received close to $1,000,000 in orders.

when the people received their miracle product, they opened the box and found a nail.

he never posted a picture of his product, only stated what you could do with it. the courts stated he mislead the consumers. I would have been pissed, but if you think about it, it did exactly what he said. he was convicted of mail fraud.

I don't think anyone feels that way. We're here to help you bait safely and effectively. I think sending a box of rocks to a lad is very funny, it's just that there may be some unintended side effects. Your intentions are great, and creativity is an essential ingredient for good baiting.

There was one I watched on youtube the other day about a scammer on judge judy who claimed to sell everything you can see in the picture. It was a picture of a cell phone, charger etc.

So the person paid $200 and was sent a picture of a cell phone.

Yes the scammer had to pay it all back and was made to look like the piece of trash she was in front of millions of viewers.
