I have had a scammer calling me recently telling me about a transaction that Im bound to by Summons of the High Court in Accra-Ghana-West Africa.
Does anyone else find it funny that they cant just say Accra?
They have to say Accra-Ghana-West Africa.
This is possibly because if they said Accra nobody would know where that was? |

I must admit, I've noticed that too... it tends to be only Accra and Lome (Lome-Togo) that do it regularly.
Maybe they have yearnings to become more Americanised? After all, Americans can't help but tag London as "London England" or Paris as "Paris France".  |
