I got a message from K7 telling me I had a message. Expecting a dumb Mugu message, I was suprised to hear an English speaking female (who's acccent sounded American) saying they were from a credit company who can help me consolidate my debt, and cut my credit card payments in half.

Considering I never published my #, (only gave it out to mugus who asked), how did this 'company' contact me? Do you think it's a real company?

K7 numbers are recycled, so you might have an old number for someone else, or it could just be a wrong number.

I got a bunch of faxes for an insurance company one time.

From the sound of the call, it was a telemarketer. Laughing

Telemarketers hav computer dialing programs that dile "random" numbers to try to drum up business. It is a script like sammers use, and just as random. They are hoping people will respond to their script.

Sadly, they are not baitable... Confused

I get those too. But Im quite happy to recive these calls and faxes. If your k7 number remains inactive for more the one month (i belive its one month) your acc will be deleted and you have to create new one. Now I have only gotten two lad calls and my k7 would prolly be shut down by now if it wassent for those miss calls or whatever they are.

As I mentioned somewhere here recently I had some girl telling me on K7 that she loves me.

Good to know. Thanks for the info everyone Smile I was thinking for a second there that maybe lads were smart enough to sell phone numbers to telemarketers.
