The story and the video have no correlation. "It got really big" etc no it didn't. Laughing

It amazes me that with the advent of the digital camera and of course the telephone cameras. UFO sightings have all but disappeared. There seems to be a direct inverse relationship to the quality of photographic technology and alien sightings. Maybe they are camera shy Wink

What alien would be stupid enough to come to this planet. They would have the landing wheels stolen of the spaceship before the could say "take me to your leader" God help them if they need some fuel.

The first thing that struck me about the video was the lack of frames of reference.
I could produce a similar effect with a street light

The other thing I've not heard much about lately is the Rosewell Rods

What a bunch of moonbats. Alabama in the southern hemisphere (well, they said it used to be) and UFOs that look like streetlight covers over mercury vapor bulbs in the fog. And "blossom" stating that "research shows NASA is in Alabama", c'mon, give me a break. A small town not far from me was, for a time, the "UFO Capital of the World" (Gulf Breeze, FL), and of course it had nothing to do with the largest USAF test center being located about 25 miles from there. Nah, and the lack of sitings here anymore has nothing to do with the advent of camera phones and hand-held digital video.

The notion of a couple of drunken blokes staggering home from the pub, and creating a crop circle like that, in the dead of night, in little more than an hour, with some rope and a plank of wood is about the most far fetched explanation I have ever heard..... Laughing

I had a friend who once went to a meeting of a group of people who believed in alien abductions. She had cut her arm on her mailbox (slipped on the icy sidewalk) earlier in the week, but it was a minor wound and she had put it out of her mind. When first asked about it, she honestly couldn't remember how it had happened. The others there got all awe-struck and told her that an injury you can't remember getting is an injury that happened while you were abducted by aliens. She protested that she did remember - just had to think about it for a few seconds. They didn't believe her.

She never went back to another meeting.
