I guess this is his way of telling me that our relationship is over. It starts off quite reasonable and fairly standard "be serious or else", but the 2nd paragraph starts to get away from him a little.
Basically, I think he's accusing me of being a scourge on humanity.
(This is the same "Justice Harrison" that featured in the "Anti Scam" thread a few months ago.)
