Nice to see his lawyer admits his activities would still be illegal under the Federal CAN-SPAM act though. I was worried he would just go home and turn the computer on again and start spamming.
From a constitutional perspective though it is true that without a provision allowing for first amendment speech to be allowed it is unconstitutional. |
