What's the angle here?

I doubt that this is not a real bank account. But what will the scam be? I haven't posted the whole email, but I do still have it if anyone wants it. Here's the relevant part:

Be inform that your fund was deposited at the Natwest Bank (Nigeria Branch Office) in our secretary's account. The Account Name where your money is deposited is "JENNIFER S. BEVILL DOBBS" while the account number is "0016938110373237".
Contact Natwest Bank in Nigeria for immediate transfer to your bank account or if you prefer the fund to be sent to you via Master Card, then advice the Remittance Department.

Well, as to the account, they are simply using that to get your attention.

As to the Master Card (assuming he's referring to a credit card), one assumes he has a stolen card which he would use "as proof" of the money being in existence. He might flash that at you and then, of course, ask for the fees to get the thing sent to you.

Lads often offer a "loaded ATM card" as well, using the same principle -- only it's entirely fictitious, not stolen.

As far as I can tell The National Westminster Bank doesn't have a Nigeria office either.
