Ms Vou and her girl friends are planning a trip to NYC and she's looking to rent a place for a few days. She answered an ad on some rental site and the reply sounded fishy, so I sent off a reply to the ad too ....

I found it odd that the name doesn't match the email address (alexkingsman***@aol.com) and there are typical lad typo/punctuation errors. The aol header doesn't tell me much?

AOL connection goes with AOL email addy. Google the name and the addy and you might find something.

Thanks heads up on urgentmessage, strongside. And, yep, it's now pretty much confirmed.

He signed the emails to me "Jeff" and the same addy signed emails to Ms. Vou "Cindy". He sent Ms. Vou pics of an apartment that could easily fetch $2million+ in NYC ... for the low low rental rate of $250 per night, provided she acted fast and got that $1000 deposit over to WU today.

Guess I've got a new pet.

@Titania - Yeah, arrive Nov. 2, 2008 and depart Jan 2, 2008. I did that on purpose and it's kind of pissing him off...
