Cowboy Buck and the the Amsterdam Money Man

This one started off with an orphan boy, then his barrister,
then this guy, who was the money man.

This one lasted from April 3, 2008 to August 2, 2008
It came from another lad I have been baiting off and on since March 2008

These two were only mentioned in David Smith's emails:
