Do Lads txt?

For RL I was wanting to send myself a text from the PC and found a number of websites that allow this to be done. I also noticed that most had a entry field to put the sender's mobile number in. Cogs started to turn and I have come up with the following idea for an annoying modality. The only downside is that I can't see a way to hear about the effectiveness at stirring up trouble.

Data source 1. list of lad numbers
Data source 2. insults (possibly from mass insult thread)

Process option 1
1. Random select sending lad number
2. Random select insult
3. Send txt to all other lads

Process option 2
1. Random select receiving lad
2. Random select insult
3. Send txt from all other lads

Would it be simple enough to set up something that pinged these off as a background task every, say, 10 minutes?

Great idea for fun and starting fights and mistrust (a good thing). What web services did you have in mind in particular?

I use TXT a fair bit to send to them various messeges
and they txt right back.

RE the "free" txt sites i have not found one that will work yet

For the text I sent myself I used http://www.freesms.net/ but this has some negative points for what I have in mind

1. No sender number
2. Security check using graphic to display letters
3. The SMS that arrives advertises the website

At work there is an intranet page that allows up to 7 people to receive the same SMS message. This generates an email that is sent to a third party containing all the details and security codes. They then send the SMS out. Unfortunately they charge for the service.

WAIT! I got it! Not insults but MG ref numbers! Something like 'I hope sent to right nmbr, Moneygram ref no is XXXXXXXX'

A simple free anonymous text and we could have lads all over running to check MG or stressed out overnight hoping to be the first to MG in the morning to chop the dolla. That would really waste their time with just about no work from us.
