Typical dead next of kin scam. The poor deceased had the same last name as I do. I told him to prove to me that this person has my last name, and signed my email "Sylvia W1ckers."

To prove that I am the beneficiary the lad told me the name of the person that died. That name was "Sylvia L1nda Gregory."

It must be real! How many Sylvia's are there in the world?

I needed that laugh.

Surname first, some lads assume it's that way everywhere I guess. Names like 'Barrister Brown Martin' are common. So your first name's Wickers then? Nice name!
