@Corona-deja vu,putting a gas tank in mine right now.Started out leaking at the top.Repro tank for a Camaro is no problem,but do yourself a favor and get straps and hanger bolts at the same time.My straps were sound,but the hangers broke off,and I'm having a devil of a time finding them.For a Camaro should be no problem-lots of good parts out there. |

^^^yep, we found the leak and it is in the top of the tank. He called it some kind of unit. We know it can be found, but will be expensive. 
You might try Harmons or Yearone for your parts and wish you luck.

Nice motor, well done with the trophy.
I guess it doesn't take long to reduce the fuel level, mpg and our stupid fuel prices is the only reason I've never had a US muscle car, over here 20mpg is seen as bad. What does yours do?

Yes Roy, she drinks about 8 to 10mpg. Haven't had time to figure that out exactly. He put the gas in our 2 other rides. We need to get this taken care of within a month because there is a show up the road aways that we want to enter. 
I love 'Two Lane Blacktop' and I could watch it again. |
