It's amazing how quick you can get the lads a bit hot under the collar, check this email out, just after i mentioned that I'm using the Churches own lawyer (free) compared to their 850 pound laywer Smile

even the subject was "STOP"

"Dear Sir,
Thanks for the information which you passed to our office that you are using your Churches own personal lawyer for the Power of Attorney, Am sorry we don't need any lawyer to do so i believe that we give you our own lawyer we have been working with the lawyer for 27 years now,the only thing i can tell you just go back to the lawyer which we give you his address in Spain because we don't need about your lawyer .

I dont think he wants to lose that 850 pound lawyers fee Razz

Any ideas to get him riled up a bit more? Im in the process of rigging up a completed Power of Attorney doco

Ask him why his 850GBP lawyer is so much better than your free one?

Who knows, maybe your free lawyer's been practicing for 40 years as opposed to the paltry 27 years his lawyer has been practicing.

You'll need some certification to back up his lawyer's claims of course. oh and don't forget that it must have the RSOT otherwise it's not 100% Riskyfree!!! Very Happy

well you get loyalty points from the British bar association for using a home based lawyer and then you can use these points to buy little presents such as whoopee cushions, novelty pens etc

I think you can let him persuade you to use his lawyer. . . how persuasive can he be? Wink

By the way, the authenticity of any barrister can be verified with a copy of their "Legal Good" status form, available from the FBI. (yes, the US FBI governs barristers in other countries. Wink

)

I bet that if you told him that he should contact the FBI to provide you with this form . . . he'll open a [email protected] address and send you the forms. Very Happy

hehe, Sent them an email detailing how I don't trust their lawyer, mine can do it for free, has been there for 40 years. But for some reason Rolling Eyes

they seem pretty keen for me to use theirs.
Just about need to run the email through Word Spellcheck to understand the shocking grammar.

I saw your message after I read it I have to write to Security Company and informed them all about you told me but they Manager said they can not use any Document out from them own lawyer over there let for me I have trust on the Security Company in India and since I have Trust with they I have trust with the lawyer, if the money is tow much to pay you can tell the lawyer that you don’t have upto 850 to pay okay.
