Just read this page and want to add some important points.

I am Neil Fraser, a partner of Fraser & Fraser.
We don't make first contact with people by email.

We have had several people trying to use the company name and even our web page as there's in a fishing attempt.

The "Heir Hunters" TV program is made by Flame TV for the BBC, they do not find Heirs, "Fraser & Fraser" do that and we would never say we are from the BBC.

Please if you receive correspondences from an heir hunting company check out there web page to make sure the email address is correct, there phone number should also be listed with BT (118500) in the UK, this should also be the same as there web page. Dont trust mobile, 0800, or 0845 numbers unless you can also find a land line number.

Remember there is no list or directory for email addresses so how did some one get it.

Finally you can ask us if we have heard of them drop me an email using the web page, but please remember I am doing this as a favor to make sure my industry stays ethical, only do this as a last resort.

We are used to not beleiving anyone who we meet on the Internet, it goes with the territory I'm afraid.

Before anyone does the same to Neil, can I just say I have checked his IP address, (Cynic? Moi?), and he is who he says he is. Smile

Welcome to the Eater, and BTW nice necro! I have traced my own ancestors back to the late 18th century. Sadly no unclaimed money, or links to famous people.

The official government bona vacantia unclaimed site no longer appears to show the amount of the estates like it used to. How do you know which ones are worth chasing and which aren't? I'd be interested to know. Watched the 'Heir Hunters' series and found it very interesting. Are they going to do another?

As the firms take off mine my first task is to get there yahoo email address taken down. This tends to put a stop to any torture I am afraid.

I did have a 30 min talk to one guy (nice west African ascent) and asked if I could meat him.

He then threatened to sue me for impersonating him!!

no values on the cases is to stop fraud, I also don't get the values but cant really say how we work them out, bit of a trade secret I am afraid

I've been watching your latest series with interest as I traced my family tree.

I will give this guy a go if his email address hasn't been killed. Killing their addys has little effect as they have reserve ones already in hand and it takes mere minutes to open a fresh one.

If any of them millions remain unclaimed,they are mine, okay. Laughing
