Ok I just have to post this, I have gotten a few replys and the lads are saying that they couldnt hear me when they called me, well the funny thing is that they didnt call my transfer number.

So they were either having a conversation with a voice mail system, or they called one the baiting numbers from other users.

I just think it is funny.

Ok so I will ask this, How should I reply to them about the phone part? if at all.

If this should have been put in the hints and tips section, I am sorry that I didnt post it there.

You were out, the office girl stuffed up the call transfer, your phone line company had an outage, you have been out of the office at the golf course/fishing/watching a movie/lunch at a restaurant

hell, any reason, who cares, they made the mistake of ringing when you weren't there, they will have to ring back

Sometimes they claim to have called you, while actually they never did. The "I want to call you, give me your number"-bit is supposed to add to the credibility of their stories.

I guess some of them really don't want to talk to you because they really can't speak English, just copy and paste scripts and twig whenever you try to get them off script.

So, you could call his bluff and complain that nobody called you, and that obviously he is too stupid to dial the correct number.

<br>A couple of thoughts. He didn't call and is just testing you. In which case you call his bluff and say you never received his call and get him to ring you again.

Second, he is reluctant to use up his dosh on calling you and wants you to waste yours, in which case tell him that you are a busy person and as he instituted this business it is up to him to call you.

Try flashing his phone in the early hours, his time. Bound to make his day. Twisted Evil

and put him in the right frame of mind for the rigours of the day ahead.
