One of our countries leading mobile phone recharging operators has gone into administration. Has anyone here resolved this problem from either a retailer or customer position.
Over the next few weeks we are going to see thousands of, lost pre paid people wandering around looking for phone boxes that no longer exist.
not even knowing what coinage public phones use.
I bet the txtaddict zombies will still be pressing buttons days after their service expired.

Th company hasn't give instructions as to what prepaid customers are to do? Most companies have a legal responsibility to do so. They can't just take people's money.
