Nope it does not appear to be baiter related at all. The guy who owns the site posted about being in Abechi. The post was titled: Abeche: Chad’s Dusty Outpost.
The other poster probably has been there used that cafe and is curious if it's still there. (Many people do use internet cafes on their travels) |
