It sounds like he is testing to see if he gets any responses. If he does, that tells him that the addresses are active.

i got an almost identical one awile ago except instead of keep informed it said do not reply. I decided to leave it be, sionce I wasnt certain what it was.

Just think, you could be this guys first baiter Razz
