Two Charles Soludos for the price of one - Part I
Post split into two parts due to size

William "Buck" is a rancher with a lot of problems.
His cowboys get bit by rattlesnakes.
His ranch has storms.
All keep him from his appointment with Western Union.

This one lasted from December 3, 2007 to May 6, 2008.
The original email was apparently referred by another lad.

IMMEDIATE PAYMENT
NOTIFICATION

Dear Mr.William.

We received your Transfer Files, which was well noted. Please be
informed that this institution has investigated your remittance through
our intelligence monitoring department and so far all our findings
proves beyond every doubt that you are the sole beneficiary of the fund.
With this reason, the meeting agreed that i should send to you a copy of
my diplomatic passport to enable you know that you are dealing with the
governor of central bank direct; this time around there is no room for
imposters. I have attached my passport to this email.

Please note that because of the series of complains Nigerian government
received as
regards to misappropriation of funds and payments to wrong bank
accounts, the government took a decision to effect transfers to
beneficiaries through two options only, this two options are the only
banks certified ok and transfer hitch free.

Note: this two systems of payment was imposed by the office of the
presidency, in order to avoid all the unnecessary office procedures,
delays in payment, fraudulent activities of non officials and to comply
with the instructions by the united nations, international monetary fund
to settle all outstanding debts owed to foreign nationals.

The two options are as follows:

1. ONLINE BANKING SYSTEM OF PAYMENT, THIS SYSTEM, YOU WOULD BE
REQUIRED TO REGISTER AN ACCOUNT WITH OUR ONLINE PAYMENT DEPARTMENT, THEN
YOU CAN MAKE YOUR TRANSFERS YOURSELF BUT YOU HAVE A LIMITED AMOUNT TO BE
TRANSFERRED DAILY. I HOPE YOU PRACTICE AN ONLINE BANKING IN YOUR
COUNTRY, THAT IS EXACTLY HOW IT IS GOING TO WORK. IF YOU ARE OKAY WITH
THIS OPTION PLEASE FEEL FREE TO REPLY IMMEDIATELY FOR ME TO SECURE A
GUARANTEE LATER ON YOUR BEHALF FROM THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE.

2. THE SECOND ONE IS TELEGRAPHIC WIRE TRANSFER, THIS SYSTEM YOU WOULD
BE REQUIRED TO CONTACT OUR INTERNATIONAL REMITTANCE DEPARTMENT FOR
YOUR DIRECT WIRE TRANSFER. YOUR TOTAL FUND WILL BE TRANSFERRED AT THE
SAME TIME BUT WILL ONLY TAKE THREE WORKING DAYS TO REFLECT IN YOUR
ACCOUNT. YOU WILL HAVE TO GET BECK TO ME IMMEDIATELY IF YOU CHOOSE TO BE
PAID WITH THIS OPTION SO THAT I WILL ALSO PROCURE A GUARANTEE FROM
MINISTRY OF FINANCE ON YOUR BEHALF.

Be also informed that you have been selected among the qualified
beneficiaries who are to receive their fund this week. Therefore, you
are advised to provide immediately a copy of your international
passport/driver license or indicate the number (i.e. your int'l
passport/driver license #) please note that as strictly warned by the
office of the presidency.

The management of central bank of Nigeria would guide you during the
process of your remittance, so you are completely free
to email for any assistance.

Get back to me as soon as possible with your full name, the amount
expected and your direct telephone number to enable me procure on your
behalf guarantee latter from the federal ministry of finance.

Yours sincerely,

PROFESSOR CHARLES C. SOLUDO

Dear Prof. Charles Soludo;

Thank you for your email.

I have to confess something.
I am currently on parole for cattle rustling (stealing).

I went into the Bernadino Western Union office this morning and they told
me that I needed a form filled out by the recipient of the money.

The reason is because I am on parole and the money is going out of the
United States.

A condition of my parole is that I have to report any of my financial dealings
of over $200 to my state parole officer. The state has a required form which
must be filled out by the recipient for me to submit to my parole officer
and to Western Union.

Please fill out the attached form and return it to me.

Sincerely,

William

GOODDAY MR. William
,
Complement of the day, hope your day was fulfilled? Well I got all
the details in your mail sent on 4/12/2007 and also got the form (parole
form) you attached to the message.
I would really love to fill and sign the form you sent, to make things
smooth and easy; on the transfer of your fund, but it’s out of the law
of the Federal Republic of Nigeria
and the Constitution of the bank (Central Bank of Nigeria Plc). My only
advice for you is to get to another western union money agency and send
the money in three different places, like sending $200 first then
followed by another $200, then the last $100 to make the total of $500,
and you can even send them
through three different western union money transfer locator to make it
much easier for you, to avoid any delay in getting your total fund
transferred to you as soon as possible. Do this and get back to me with
the MTCN Number and informations, so I can finalize the transfer of your
fund as quick as possible.

Yours sincerely,

Dear Charles Soludo;

Thank you for your emails.

I am sorry that I have not replied to your last emails quickly.
I have been trying to raise the money you requested, but I do have to work
on the ranch.

I spent the last two days escorting two mining engineers around the
ranch property.

They are looking at an old gold mine which operated during the 1880's and 1930's.

Our greedy ranch owner thinks he can reopen the mine and make a lot of
money from it because the price of gold has gone way up.

The ranch manager has arranged that I should get a large bonus payment for
assisting the engineers with their assay.

Sincerely,

William

DEAR MR. WILLIAM

compliment of the season Mr. william, i recieved your message in good
health and i hope everything is also going on well for you? i would have replied
your message all this while, but i have been entitled to alot of obligation;
signing and travelling so i can stamp and sign some of your documents. i
understand you've been in the western union office often, but don't still know
why you can
not do what i told you by scanning and sending the receipt to me, so i can
personally check the informations stated in it to know what when wrong. i was
told by engr anthony that you were at the western union office recently and they
told you the money will not take effect immediately, which i think it shouldnt
be so. was this the way you stated the information at the western union office?

senders name: william
mtcn number:1123581312 check the mtcn number is it is correct and the name.

if they are not correct, send them the way you stated it on the western union
office.

Each time i try tracking the money sent online, this is what it always says;
w0131 we do not have an order with the provided information. please verify your
information.

I HUMBLY AWAIT FOR YOUR URGENT ATTENTION TO THIS EFFECT.

Dear Charles Soludo;

I have attached a scan of the Western Union receipt for you.

Someone called me on my telephone and left a message,
unfortunately it was so garbled, I could not understand it.
If you called me, could you tell me in an email what you said.

The telephone system here at the ranch is realy bad.
It is better to communicate by email which has readable text.
Also, the office at the ranch has a secretary there who has "big ears".

Sincerely,

William

There has been a lot happening at the ranch

Dear Prof. Charles Soludo;

There has been a lot happening at the ranch which is why I have not
been able to reply to your emails.

I was promoted to ranch manager last week with an increase in salary.
I will be partly working in the ranch office and will have access to the
ranch computer.

I also have been escorting two mining engineers around the ranch property
who are looking at an old gold mine which operated during the 1880's and 1930's.
Our greedy ranch owner thinks he can reopen the mine and make a lot of
money from it because the price of gold has gone way up.
I have been empowered by the ranch owner to arrange some of the financing
for the mine.

Many of our cowboys have been town celebrating Christmas and I have had
to make trips into Bernadino to bail them out of jail or bring them back
to the ranch.

Sincerely,

William

Congratulations on your success, now send the money!

Dear Prof. Charles Soludo;

How do I know you are the REAL Charles Soludo?

Here is what I ask you to do.

Please send me a photograph of yourself holding the attached
sign which is only known to me.

The ranch owner has asked me to look for investors in a gold mine
which is located on the ranch property.

I have told him I would help out the ranch with our mine project.

Could you have a photograph of yourself or one of your staff holding
the attached "White King" sign.

This would show that I have been actively contacting people.

You will NOT have to invest in the mine,
I only need some evidence that I have made a "sales pitch" to an
"international" investor.

This would really help me out here at the ranch.

William

Dear Prof. Charles Soludo;

You have to prove to me that you are the correct Charles Soludo
so that I am not dealing with a fake.

A fake is not going to do as I requested but will give me excuses
for non-performance.

BUT

A real genuine man will perform to his utmost for the client who has
come into quite a bit of money due to his assuming the management
of the Sundance Ranch here.

So which are you?
A real man or a fake?

William

Required California State Form for Western Union

Dear Prof. Charles Soludo;

I understand that I am to send via Western Union $500 to Mr. Walter Dede.

I went into the Western Union office this morning and they told me that I
needed a form filled out by the recipient of the money.

I am the manager of the Sundance ranch, a cattle ranch and mining property
located in Southern California, 40 miles from the nearest town of Bernadino.

I have been informed that as a designated corporation officer, I must report
all financial transactions to the Califoria Office of Taxation.

This is a state law which was passed by the legislature and signed by
Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger on November 2, 2007.

I have to submit the completed and signed form to Western Union in order to
send money out of the State of California.

The form needs a hand-written signature before Western Union and the
State of California will accept it.

Please ask Mr. Walter Dede to fill out and SIGN the attached form and
return it to me.

Sincerely,

William

He sent it!

Dear Prof. Charles Soludo;

Is it all right if I send someone from the ranch to make the payment?
I know you want to keep this deal confidential and would not tell the
employee what it is for. However I am pretty busy here at the ranch.

Sincerely,

William

I am trying to raise the money which you have asked for

Dear Prof. Charles Soludo;

I am trying to raise the money which you have asked for,
but it is proving to be difficult.

The ranch owner, Col. Bentley Dawson, has asked me to look for
investors in a gold mine which is located on the ranch property.

Could you send me something to show that you are interested in
investing in the mine?

This would really help me out here at the ranch.

Sincerely,

William

YOU WOULD NOT HAVE TO INVEST ANY MONEY, I JUST NEED SOMETHING LIKE
A PHOTOGRAPH OR STATEMENT SHOWING INTEREST THAT I CAN SHOW TO
COL. DAWSON.

This would really help me out here at the ranch.

HERE IS WHAT I ASK YOU TO DO

Dear Prof. Charles Soludo;

The ranch owner, Col. Bentley Dawson, has asked me to look for
investors in a gold mine which is located on the ranch property.

He is also to loan me the money which to pay your associate Mr. Walter Dede.

HERE IS WHAT I ASK YOU TO DO.

Sincerely,

William

The rest is silence.

"Many of our cowboys have been town celebrating Christmas and I have had

Once more, I started laughing with tears in my eyes...
WhiteKing, you are almost the best. But I suggest that without insisting on the picture, the bait could have been still ongoing...
