My boyfriend's bitter stalker ex girlfriend gave all my info (address, email, phone, birthdate, etc) to some nigerian scammers (among others) and now i don't know how to get rid of them. I am not so much concerned about the spam, but more about identity theft. Any suggestions of what can be done?

The lads will most likely only be a nuisance. Change your emails and phone number if it becomes too troublesome.

If you have serious concerns about ID theft, take a gander at the FTC website here for tips and strategies to protect against it.

Notify your bank and credit companies and put a hold/watch on your accounts and make sure that you are notified about suspicious account activity.

If this gal is stalking, make your boyfriend file a report with the police, or make the complaint yourself.
