http://imperiainvest1.blogspot.com

There are a dozen sites like this with the same name, some with the same graphics, and most with the same text.

Is there a protocol in killing these sites?

In the past, I found dealing with Blogger in regards to such sites very frustrating as they would hardly ever act on complaints/abuse notices. Just see their abuse report template and how limited you options are. Sad

Anyway, the best is probably to contact Blogger and point out a case why the site is an illegal ponzi etc. but also contact Paypal (the site is advertising their logo and seems to use their service - they are better at acting and likely to shut down the account).
I will take a look at this at the end of the week if it's still up - I haven't got the time to do it right now unfortunately.

See my post in the other thread. Maybe if you point out to Blogger that they are not registered with the proper authorities, they will move, though I doubt it.

I didn't go through the blogger complaint mechanism, bypassing that and ending it off to Google. Google is very slow, but one of the two sites appears to be down. Hopefully the other willl come down.

I mentioned that this was a ponzi scheme and that I could find no evidence that they were registered in Bahamas.

Sorry but both the sites listed at the beginning of this thread still work for me. You've got a "," at the end of the second link up there, so clicking on it gets you to blogger, but no further. Remove the "," and the site loads fine.

I'll also do an abuse to blogger later today.
