I think I frustrated a lad contacting PD. He doesn't have a tracking number and I can't help him unless he gets me one. So on the 4th email he sends me this gem:

Thanks for everything and i really admire your guts. You said "I have no evidence whether you are the true receiver" no problem about that,i wouldn't take any offense but maybe you could try to be more polite,i believe in the popular saying that "the client is always right"
I believe that if the owner of the company gets to see this mail,he'll get you booted out for running his organization this way.I will be in contact with you soon as i have the shipment reference.
Let's do some little English language: don't you see reason in putting your personal... as:
John Cxxxxxon
Tracking Agent: P4rcel D1rect

and not the way you have put.

The client is always right? WOW! Need to start using that one on the lads more! No more shipping costs or advanced fees! The 'client' is always right. Cool
