I received my first scam letter today.

I have always been careful about giving out my email addresses. Somehow, I finally did receive my first scam letter today. After having been a interested, and thus somewhat informed, browser on 419Eater.com for many months, I think this is an obvious scam letter.

I do not have the mental fortitude to be a scam baiter. But I am hopeful someone on this forum is interested/willing to go have some fun with this one.

I AM DR.MOHAM BELLO "A SECRETARY OF FOREIGN REMITTANCE DIRECTOR BOA BANK HERE IN OUAGADOUGOU BURKINA FASO".I HOPE THAT YOU WILL NOT EXPOSE OR BETRAY THIS TRUST AND CONFIDENT THAT I AM ABOUT TO REPOSE ON YOU FOR THE MUTUAL BENEFIT OF OUR BOTH FAMILIES.

I NEED YOUR URGENT ASSISTANCE IN TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF ($7.6) MILLION TO YOUR ACCOUNT WITHIN 14 BANKING DAYS. THIS MONEY HAS BEEN DORMANT FOR YEARS IN OUR BANK WITHOUT CLAIM. That is certainly a scam letter. If you have given your email address out anywhere over the Internet, it has been sold or rented and you will receive scam emails and probably spam.

Someone will be glad to bait this one for you. Smile

Having not baited for over two years (I've take the hobby up again recently) is the dreaded Mr B3II0 still the bogeyman he was? I've been checking the recent posts and he isn't much mentioned these days as far as I can tell. Or do people just not mention his name? Shocked
