told the processing manager at ECOWAS that he can't fly to Ghana to sign documents relating to his fund clearance because of long-term health problems relating to an IED explosion in Iraq.

The reply read:

This bit has me puzzled. Are they suspicious? Or is it just a matter of keeping control?

You know, you may have to contact your barrister about this, then he has to contact your mugu and then have the two of them negotiate the fee (no cash bait intended, mind you, but it is used as a way to get the mugu to drop this, as most won't bother sending "fees")

Not only that, your insurance company also has their forms to fill out to obtain such information. They're about 50 pages long.....

Of course, after they fill it out, they'll be denied due to HIPAA regulations... Smile

In other words, you wanted the doctor's report before the signing - not after! Why are you shifting ground like that?
I suggest that you contact Dr Sh3ppard and get this phase settled.

Since Mal hasn't heard from Dr Sh3ppard yet (I know, Jeff, thanx...) this isn't going anywhere... yet!
