As you probably read in the previous forum thread on this subject, I had quite a vested interest in concepts college, and it was also a rather hot potato, media wise at the time.

To sum up, I was in contact with a journalist at the BBC who had an interest in the story. It turned out however that his producer considered the subject of dodgy centres of learning to be "done and dusted"... the reason given was that it had already been "aired" and that any further developments would have to have been pretty spectacular to attract any further coverage.
The Police were far from interested. The local council were similarly disinterested.
And that was pretty much it, I'd drawn a blank on who to turn to next, so it petered out.

I've not had a good read through the detail of your post yet, but I'll take the time to have a read now. It's always nice to see Ezey float to the top of the general scum that frothes and bubbles here.
