Email problems after payment sent

I'm looking to see if any of you more experienced baiters have come across this before.

My Vlad has been sent a payment by bank transfer but since sending this payment the only emails I get back are things like this:

DEAR WHERE ARE YOU? I AM WORRY. PLEASE WRITE ME AND DO NOT FORGET ME. I WAIT ANSWER. KISSES

I've had this same sort of reply multiple times. I've even advised that there was a problem with the bank transfer and to check the details and let me know so the payment can go through but still similar replies come back. I have also tried emailing from a second contact.

Is this a brush off technique? The money hasn't made it yet so I'm not sure it would be. The emails are not bouncing back to me so I can only assume they are getting there.

I guess I'm going to have to cancel the transfer Sad

but was wondering if anyone have any thoughts on what is happening with this one.

You actually sent money?

Am I misunderstanding?

Its also been a major holiday there

Sorry I should have made that clearer.

No payment has really been sent. Just the email saying it had been sent.

I'm guessing it is a simple ruse that will have you 'sending' the money again.
