I got my facebook account when it was only for university students. I was part of the groups that asked for it not to open up to everyone, but meh... |

I didn't get what Facebook was about either, but now I've taken the plunge I've realised it's more addictive than you could imagine (yes - more addictive than eater!!!) and that there's no turning back.
It's a particularly fantastic way of keeping in touch with people that you might otherwise have lost touch with.
And as such, it will remain entirely separate from my life here. |

i have to agree with firehouse.... while i do have a facebook account, i think i closed it, i don't really remember.... i got on there, got the phone numbers of the 3 people i was looking for, and left... personally, i don't like to remember my freshman and sophomore years... too much moving around...  |

I am not a fan of any of those sites that I keep getting crap messages telling me how my friends want me to join.
If I don't talk to you anymore....You're not a long lost friend, you are someone I had to tolerate for a period in my life and now that I don't have to tolerate you anymore I sure as hell don't want a message from you.
If I wanted you to know what I was up to I would tell you.
If I don't keep you updated about my life, we were not friends, we were aquaintances at best. |

as a matter of principle i will not join myface or anything resembling that. if my lost friends want to contact me, they can just google my name (happens that i have complete unique name). even with simple search like that there's a lot more info than i would like..... |
