It looks like she/he/it is not using any sort of online translator, but is really a Russian speaker who has limited English ability. Several passages are literal translations of Russian grammar, such as "to me of 25 years" would naturally me "I am 25 years old".

Actually, "to me of 25 years" is something we see a lot. Google it and see how many hits it gives. More unusual is "I of 169 sm of the size and my weight of 54 kg". They usually talk about "my growth" in the opening email.

Your growth must be legendary in Russia, they all want to talk about it.

Its look to me like the script has been adjusted many times from the original translated script, it just doesn't read like a usual vlad email
