So... hmm. If you write back and tell him you DO need money, is it still cash-baiting? He offered it freely!Of course we could never do anything unsafe like giving our real names.

On another note, maybe you COULD report him to "the government". Do you have one of those pay-your-bogus-taxes mugu letters to send him?
