A classic scam doing the rounds in Australia within the Chinese communities where a Mr XU JIAN WEN will phone you in the Chinese Mandarine language excitedingly telling you that you have just won $US100.000.00 on a tour lotto and that the money is in a Hong Kong bank account and that he requests your bank details so that he can do the transfer of funds.A few days later you will get another phone call from Mr XU JIAN WEN giving you his bank details and demanding that you put $US$4000.00 into his bank account so that he can release to your bank account,your lotto winnings.
He will also use his lawyer/attorney,Mr ZHEN YONG FENG and also give you a phone number for him.Mr XU JIAN WEN will also direct you to a website, http:// (Mod edit - link removed as it contained a keylogger - SP) to verify his authenticity.BEWARE this website contains a keystroke virus that is a devil to remove.Mr XU JIAN WEN,s phone number in Hong Kong is 0011 852 31771761 and his lawyer Mr ZHEN YONG FENG,s 0011 852 3019 7942.This man is very aggressive in nature and can be very convincing at best. |
