For new guys er... baiters like me this is a very informative read, that is, if you can manage the pidgin poo.
From their page on scambaiting--
Experienced scammers start avoiding e-mail as means to communicate, changing to snail mail telephone landline’s and even door to door tactics.
Gosh that sounds like a lot more work to me.

Should clients wish to utilise our recovery services, charges start at $4000 and for a full scale out of court recovery of 6 or 7 figure losses when professionals work round the clock for weeks in a row the expenses start at $12000 per week excluding expenses for travel, rent of technical equipment and local assistance.
Do not ask us to work for free, or at no cure no pay basis, we do not accept. Help for free you can get to a great extent from our volunteers, who have access to the largest part of our databases, just don’t expect them to meet criminals in person to collect your loss.
Volunteer 1 - warn victims for the scam proposal, when it doesn’t frustrate ongoing investigations
Volunteer 2 - reply to questions of victims, and helps them to file complaints in the most effective place
Volunteer 3 - visits internet cafe in the places where we know there is 419 activity.
Volunteer 4 - “requests friendly” of scammers to give the passwords of their accounts.
Volunteer 5 - inform local police about scam activity in their area.
Volunteer 6 - does scambaiting with the intent to retrieve facts and have scammers arrested.
Non of our volunteers is meeting with scammers.
We can use more volunteers 3 and 4
Yeah, I bet you could.
I saw this site before, sounds murky as hell. Paying goons to get money from other goons, ad infinitum.
