I'd call it semi stolen identity since none of my CC#'s, SS#, nor any other personal info were actually taken.

Now I had signed up for free trial offers to various freebie sites like Fatwallet and gotten some small things like pens, cups, etc.

My problem is that some 419 Scammers are using my nickname + last name and my old address when registering for some scam sites. What are my options to deal with this?

The registrant used my nickname plus some fake phone numbers and email addresses.

If all they have is a name and old address I wouldn't worry too much - sounds like the sort of info you could glean from an out of date phone book.

The reality is that there is an awful lot of info available on each and every person and all of it in the public domain.

As doing something would probably involve contacting every website administrator and persuading them the info is stolen, I would say the risk/trouble ration is too low.

No-one credible is going to come back to you for what someone signing up as you says. It's one of those suck-it-up type deals, imo.

I wouldn't worry about a nickname being used. Old addresses can be gotten off the 'net so that is pretty much moot also. If you are in the USA, check your credit report occasionally to make sure that nothing is amiss.
