For future reference, spare 419 letters go in the surplus forum, HERE.

Also, try to include the headers in with the body of the email. They can give some useful info that helps the community know both a little more about the scammer, and that you aren't just dropping and ITPs email for a laugh.

The above phone letter checks out. Phone number is splashed on a thousand sites advertising oil.
