This is a completely new one on me and had no idea that I'm being reimbursed as a foreign debt. It comes complete with the seal of the US senate.

No, of course I don't find it odd that the US senate would settle debts in London and have a Yahoo email address. Rolling Eyes

Anyone know where this comes from?
