Right now I'm listening the best Romanian rock band, Phoenix.
Here's a great song - "In umbra marelui URSS". In Romanian URSS=USSR.
"Urs" also means "bear". So, it's like, "In the shadow of the big bear (USSR)"

I've got similar tastes too, lotta. A cousin sent me a tape from Botswana years ago. It was Hugh Masakela. I have just about worn it out.
I spent quite a lot of time in Eastern Africa on business, and one of the greatest compliments I feel that I was ever paid was to be told that I shook hands like an African. |
