Chain you want to try something good .. take cottage cheese and parm blend them togeather so its kinda sticky paste. slice open a chicken breast so its like a envalope stuff a bunch of the mixture in it and close it back up with a shishcabob skuer, dip the breast in eeg wash (i use egg and milk) and roll the fine ground seasoned bread crums, bake at 350 degree till cooked though (about 30 mins) its awsome. you can put ham in it too like chicken cordon bleu.
