death threats

We all know that lads love to use death threats, and we all bait safe.
Is there anyone who was really found by a lad ? Maybe in ancient not-so-safe baiting times or something. Do they mean their threats ? Are they really that dangerous ? Whats your experience ?

I don't know of any cases where a lad has been bothered to get off his arse and go and find a baiter. It's too much effort, and costs too much money, and at the end of the day they are not in the business of spending money, wasting their time, or actually putting effort into anything.

We still bait safe because you never know, and some lads (as you're aware after your London adventure!) have associates that they can ask for favours. So that's why safety is still best policy.

A lad will expend exactly 0 dollars finding a baiter as there is no money in it.

Yes they are dangerous, the have been known to kill and/or kidnap people in the act of scamming. These people are victims though not baiters.

I seem to remember a lad showing up at someone's work place looking for his baiting character, that was a while back though.

He'd given his works address as his baiting address, we all said "please don't do that", he countered with "But there is security at the door, he won't get in!"

I don't remember a lad turning up, but I do remember the prat giving out his address, regardless of the advice he got.

As I recall he hadn't given out his address, I think he had sent the lad a fax and the lad had looked up his business address via the fax number.

it is always better to bait safe - the lad might not make any attempt to hunt you down but he might have a partner in your area. For all you know, it could be that new neighbor that moved in last week, or it could be your next door neighbor.

The lads are dangerous criminals, don't ever forget that. They will go to extreme measures if the opportunity for them to do so is shoved in their faces.

Money is the primary motivation for the extremes that they sometimes go to.
