I shook John McCain's hand once at a pep rally. When he spoke that day, he talked a lot about how he always has time for the little guy. There is no way he would refuse a request to help one of his people.

If this is for real, I will hear directly from John McCain. That would be the usual custom in a situation like this. If I don't hear from him, I will know that something is not right about this deal.
