I just played a Brain game on a DS-Lite and it told me my Brain-Age is 50. Now this also happens to be my real age.
Should I be alarmed, happy or what? Does anybody have guidance?
Should I take 30 years of regular use of Dutch wacky-backy into account?

I think the Dutch wacky backy is okay, stay away from the Skunky stuff and your grey cells will be okay.

Brain age of 50 at real age of 50 isn't bad is it? Especially if you've been schmoking the schpliffs. I keep well away from that stuff as it's one of the biggest brain cell killers.

Having said that, I drink quite a lot of beer maybe 4 or 5 days a week, so no-one should really listen to me!

I would be more worried if I was told that I had a brain age of 30,
I mean, what's it been doing for 20 years of my life? (not a lot, it wears the batteries out)

Now I'm certainly not a licenced physician here, but I do believe that the age of of your brain should be exactly the same as the rest of your body!

If it's the Kawashima series of brain-trainers, then the best score is to be brain-age 20. According to Dr Ryuta Kawashima and his research, your brain is at its most flexible and adaptable at age 20, and it decreases from that point onwards.

(I'm currently averaging 32, which makes my brain 5 years younger than I am.)

No, no, lay off that stuff and get on the absinthe. They says it causes memory problems, but it didn't seem to harm old-what's-his-name, what was he, a writer? Or a painter? Bloke used to live in a cardboard box and drool a lot?
