I like "The Dr. Drew & Adam Book: A survival guide to life and love". It's mainly geared for teenagers/college kids, but they give good advice about different situations in life. It's by Dr. Drew Pinsky and Adam Carolla.

There is a good book my friend swears by, called the "Feeling Well Handbook", but I looked in it, and it is involved. Still, it helped her through a bad tome and gives insights into how people create their emotions. |
