Eliza?

Anyone ever send a lad to a eliza-esque IM bot? I was thinking of making a dummy AIM account which would really talk to an automated bot with an Eliza backend. Then I could just tell them to IM me, and whenever they do "I" would be there.

Anyone ever do something similar? It may be funny to see a conversation between someone who barely speaks English and a bot.

Is there a way to do that where you would be able to see the lad's conversation? I got bored with a lad once and sent him to one of the AIMbuddies bots but I would *love* to be able to see the results of that Shocked

Sure, it would just log the conversation to a file to point and laugh at.

Sounds like nobody has done it. I'll try to whip something up when I get a little downtime.

"Eliza" has been around since the days of dialup BBS's... I pinned Eliza against another chat bot and crashed it. Laughing
