I just checked my own ST TNG collection, and Ethics is Season 5, Episode 16, or if you need to be more accurate, S5, disc 4, episode 216.

On the topic, I was young when I saw Star Trek once.. However, I really want to view it someday (basically all the episodes) because of how it predicted some of todays technology or inspirations.
