In his first email my bait's "story" was that she send me a box of diamonds which we then split.

I figured he would never possibly send something so I gave him a fake address. However, now his latest emails are:

"I sent the package, email me when it arrives"

Did he really send a package or is this a trick?

If he's sending it from overseas, I wouldn't doubt that it hits a snag in customs somewhere along the way and the "wheels need greasing". Did he supply you with a tracking number? If not, I would go with a slap in a week saying "It never arrived, did you put the right address on it?"

If he did send it and you don't acknowledge it then he knows you are scamming him.

If he didn't send it and you do acknowledge getting it, then he knows you are scamming him.

Oh wait, are you asking if he actually sent Diamonds in the mail... LOL_sign

He didn't send you diamonds.

Back to the scenerio:

If he did send you something and it doesn't arrive (due to fake addy) then the fun begins. He must have written the addy wrong. He must have done something wrong (cos he's a lad).

Maybe the shipment got hijacked or crushed in the mail. You have a myriad of options. Remember, it is the lad's fault! Twisted Evil

I'm with OD. The package will probably be seized by US Customs (who, as we all know, use Yahoo for their email), and you will get a mail from [email protected] telling you that the package will be released when you pay for the Clearance Certificate, Anti-Terrorism Certificate, Declared Value tax, or whatever the Bullshit Fee of the Day happens to be. Laughing

This is why I love to read what other folks are doing, I get some great ideas for my own baits!

Was a signature required for delivery?
If not, Maybe some criminal scammer stole your package off the front porch, and is holding it for ransom..... Oh sorry, now I read Slayer's post .... Smile

Too bad he didn't insure an important shipment like that... when will these lads learn? Laughing
