Thinking about sending your lad on safari and wondering what the trip will be like for him?
Have a read of this well written travel article about one man's experiences trying to get from Lagos to Kano (with money):
"Nigerian Nightmare"
The title reads: THE UNCLE AYOS EXPRESS PROVIDES A DEATH-DEFYING ADVENTURE, MAKING AN EIGHT-HOUR JOURNEY IN JUST A COUPLE OF DAYS.
Nice!
It's a really fun read (not too long) and the car door + trucks part had me rolling on the floor. |

Hmm, cheers red......
And I have to visit Sudan, Kenya, Djibouti and Ethiopia next month. Gladly it won't involve a lot of overland travel. |

That's a scary story, Red. This, and the "Car Wash boys", all reminds me how dangerous life must be in Nigeria.
Thanks for the link. |

Thanks for the read Red. Now that I know the horrors my lad would face as I try to get them on a safari, I will be sure to double my efforts. |
