Has anyone tried to pass off as a Yahoo System Operator yet, and scaring a mugu into thinking he'd been caught? Might be an idea to revive a worn down bait! Very Happy

To what purpose?

What can the "System Operator" do?

Travel to Nigeria with a baseball bat and threaten to whack him in his cyber cafe?

Lad would simply drop the address and move on to his others, methinks.

Difficult. They know exactly that they are safe from law enforcement, scamming is their job. Every one of them has had a few yahoo-accounts shut down without ever having heard something from a "yahoo operator". Plus when they send out 5000 initial scam emails they surely receive a few dozen replies from non-baiters that include everything from "I've set the FBI on you" to various kinds of abuse.

I don't see the potential but why don't you just try it out and report back? Maybe I'm wrong.
