I'm getting a little frustrated about this, I went to our local Western Union office and filled out the form but the clerk did not accept it.

Apparently there is a city called London in, USA, Canada and UK. Which is it? Also the clerk told me that it would be best if the receiver gave me his full adress.
Please give me a full adress so I can make this damn payment, I just want this to be over with.
