My lad, Sadu Mohammed, got streded there for at least 3 weeks, and I'm not sure if he made it back home to Malanville, Benin or not. Smile

Well, I know it's a very long time since I have updated this thread and this is quite the necro indeed but I felt I owed it to you and our mugu mates to update the story.

When we left off last the lad's "uncle" M4rc3l had taken over the hunt for the luscious M1ch3ll3 and her shining jewels, that hunt had taken him from Nigeria to Niger, where he was stuck on the border of Niger and Libya because he couldn't get a visa.

Now I didn't check my baiting email for about 12 months, but this is what I found:

That last one was on 29 April 2009... that's more than six months after he set off in mid-October 2008.

John Le Carre couldn't have done it better! It took me 3 days to go through this adventure. All along the way, I imagined those places and tried to be in the protagonist shoes. A fascinating trip, full of adventure. Intrigue, sex, violence, romance, geography lesson, history, sociology, zoology, botany, the works! I have to remind myself at times that this is real, not fiction!

I can only marvel!
